The Sleep
Dry Method
A step-by-step method that will help your child conquer their nighttime bedwetting—without alarms, medications, or stress
Using simple storytelling and nightly visualization, your child will meet their “night team," a group of helpers in their body that will work to keep them dry. Kids learn they’re the boss of their bodies, wake cozy, dry and proud—and nighttime peace is restored for the family.

about
Our mission
I’m a mom of three and founded Thriving Kids Co. after feeling frustrated by conventional advice that just wasn’t helping with my kid's bedwetting. I found myself diving down a rabbit hole of research—trying to figure out a better way.
That’s when I discovered the powerful mind-body connection behind bedwetting and developed The Sleep Dry Method—a simple, empowering approach that helps kids take back control of their bodies. The results were incredible: dry nights, proud mornings, and growing confidence every day.
I knew other parents needed access to this method. The Sleep Dry Method provides a simple, effective approach that empowers children, boosts self-esteem, and finally brings calm and peace to family nights.

why this works
Understand how your child can take control of their nights
The Sleep Dry Method introduces your child to their “night team” and helps their brain and bladder communicate through simple storytelling and nightly visualization. Instead of investing time, money, and energy into appointments, travel, alarms, or medications, you can guide your child from home with just a little consistency and calm repetition.

the stats: you're not alone
No one might be talking about it, but bedwetting is MUCH more common than you would think, especially for boys
Bedwetting (nocturnal enuresis) affects an estimated 5 to 7 million children in the United States, making it the most common urologic issue seen by pediatricians and primary care doctors. Yet despite how common it is, bedwetting is still not fully understood—often leaving children, parents, and even physicians feeling frustrated.
- American Academy of Pediatrics
In the United States, 30% of 7 years olds, 5% of 10 year olds and 1-2% of 15 year olds experience bedwetting. - Cleveland Clinic
75% of bedwetting children are boys. - UCLA Health

FAQs
What ages does this method work best for?
This method works best for children and teens who can understand simple stories, body diagrams, and imagination—typically ages 5 and up, depending on maturity. Younger, verbally expressive kids can also benefit if you keep the language and drawings simple.
We’re moving / having a baby / have a big event coming up — should we wait to start?
Big changes can temporarily increase accidents, so starting during a relatively calm period often leads to faster success—but don’t wait for the “perfect” moment. Begin when your child can participate without overwhelm, and if a major change is just days away, waiting until things feel calmer may help build early momentum.
Does this method work for every child? What if my child is neurodivergent?
While no plan works for every child, many children—including neurodivergent kids—can benefit from this approach as long as they can understand the steps and participate in a way that feels supportive, not stressful. This method isn’t medical treatment but a confidence- and body-awareness framework; some children may need more repetition, visual cues, or a slower pace. If you suspect an underlying medical concern, follow your intuition and consult a medical practitioner.
What if my child isn’t motivated or doesn’t want to do this? How do I convince them?
This plan works best when your child is truly on board. Keep motivation light and empowering by sharing success stories, emphasizing that this is about their body and control, and reminding them you’re there as a helper, not the boss.
